HUB is Back! A Fresh Look, a Tasty New Menu, and Free, Convenient Parking
Come Celebrate Our Grand Reopening—We Can’t Wait to See You!
TUCSON, AZ – Hey, Tucson! We’ve missed you! After some time away, HUB is officially back at our original location, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome you in with a fresh new look, a fantastic menu by Executive Chef Omar Huerta, a larger bar area, an expanded patio, and free, convenient parking. We know how much you love coming downtown, so we’re making your visits even better with complimentary self-parking and valet services so you can focus on the good times, not the parking hunt.
HUB originally opened in 2011 and paved the way for the development of downtown Tucson as we see it today. Known for its signature ice cream, pot pie, mac and cheese, cheese curds, and more, HUB has been a beloved gathering place for the community. Its sister restaurants include Playground Rooftop and Corbett’s, further solidifying its influence in the local dining scene.
“Parking in downtown Tucson can be a hassle, so we wanted to make that part easy and free for our guests,” said Regan Jasper, Partner of HUB. “Now, with two hours of free valet parking through the AC Hotel, you can park close by and step right into a memorable dining experience.”
A Menu That Hits the Spot
We’ve been working hard to create a menu that has something for everyone, from longtime HUB favorites to exciting new dishes. Here are just a few highlights:
- Seared Salmon served with mushroom risotto and berry agrodolce
- Fish & Chips crispy, golden perfection with caper remoulade and coleslaw
- Braised Short Ribs slow-cooked until tender
- Grilled New York Strip a steakhouse classic done right
- Vegetarian Delights including Burrata and Tempura Calamari, with nine delicious vegetarian options available
“We wanted to create a menu that feels both familiar and exciting,” said Executive Chef Omar. “Whether you’re craving comfort food or looking to try something new, we’ve got you covered.”

Got a sweet tooth? You’re in luck. HUB offers house-made ice cream and baked goods, all carefully crafted by the talented Chef Kayla, a recent James Beard Award nominee. From classic scoops to creative confections, every dessert is made fresh, just for you.
A Bigger Bar, an Expanded Patio, and Weekend Brunch
We’ve made some exciting updates to our space! Our expanded bar area is perfect for sipping handcrafted cocktails, enjoying local brews, and catching up with friends. If you prefer outdoor dining, our larger patio gives you more room to relax and take in Tucson’s vibrant atmosphere. Plus, we’re excited to introduce weekend brunch, featuring a fun mix of brunch classics, refreshing drinks, and a laid-back vibe to start your day right.
HUB’s New Mural: A Fun Welcome Home
To celebrate our return, HUB now features a playful new mural by local artist Camila on Canvas. The artwork captures the essence of Tucson with a vibrant depiction of a Hispanic girl holding an espresso martini, her arm adorned with a tattoo of an ice cream cone. This lively piece is a warm, fun way to welcome everyone back to HUB, adding even more personality to our refreshed space.
